Requirements

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced mobile developer to collaborate with internal and external&nbsp;teams to develop functional mobile applications while working in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;Candidate will work remotely for the time being and may have some onsite meetings in the Houston, TX area.&nbsp;The candidate should have a passion for new technology, while at the same time able to understand the needs of our customers and how emerging technology can improve the customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Work with client to prepare and program various projects related to the latest Mobile technologies</li>
<li>Deliver across the entire app life cycle from concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support</li>
<li>Quickly integrate and update projects</li>
<li>Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing project tasks on schedule and by interacting with other developers</li>
<li>Provide technical insight on existing mobile platforms to improve performance, availability and utilization optimizations</li>
<li>Prepare projects for hand-off and deployments as “proof concepts” move to production</li>

REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERTISE
<ul>
<li>BA/BS University degree with a concentration in computers</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of iPhone &amp; Android frameworks. Deliver state of the art iOS &amp; Android mobile experiences across the different functions</li>
<li>Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability</li>
<li>1-2+ years of mobile development, native or cross-platform</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of at least one programming language commonly used in mobile app development, such as Swift, Objective C, Java/Kotlin, C#, or JavaScript</li>
<li>Experience with native iOS/Android development</li>
<li>Experience with Flutter, React Native or Xamarin.</li>
<li>Experience with third-party libraries and APIs</li>
<li>Ability to identify opportunities for technical improvements across multiple processes or functional areas, recommend solutions, and advocate for implementation</li>
<li>Participate in mentoring and skills transfer to junior members of the team</li>
