We are hiring an Admission Clerk for our growing team!  The Admission Clerk is a vital member of the residential center component of the system of care. The Admission Clerk is under the supervision of the  Center Director and is responsible for creating a safe and healthy environment for persons served/clients. They are the first person at the center to interact with the persons served/client. 
Key Responsibilities:

The primary goal of the Clarest Admission Clerk is to manage and coordinate facility admissions information from our pharmacy customers in the Long-Term Care, Assisted Living or Institutional setting. Each clerk is responsible for the accuracy of insurance payer information and demographics specific to each patient or resident. This function is directly interfaced with the pharmacy workflow for fulfillment and distribution of medications and as a result, timeliness and accuracy are paramount.

<li>Orient new personnel to Job Corps and to the center's policies and procedures</li>
<li>Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate people </li>

<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written</li>
<li>Meticulous documentation skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to Multi-Task</li>
<li>Proficient in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook </li>
<li>Ability to operate office equipment, and to show others how to use it as well</li>
</ul>

Educational Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED </li>
<li>Prefer 2-3 years of experience. Compensation is based on experience </li>
<li>Must possess a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record</li>
</ul>
