About the Role:
As an Executive Strategist and Vice President, Executive Strategists Team (EST), you will lead the team of Executive Strategists across key Public Sector and Healthcare verticals— healthcare, federal, education, state and local government. This role is instrumental in shaping CrowdStrike’s Public Sector vision, delivering thought leadership to customers and partners, and enabling collaboration across the company. The Associate Dean will play a crucial role in leadership for the College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) in the years ahead. The Associate Dean collaborates with the Dean and CEPS Administrative team on planning and implementing college strategic initiatives. This includes supporting CEPS administrative leaders in equity-focused program assessment and accreditation, culturally responsive curriculum and program development, cultivation of business and community partnerships, and strategic management of course offerings and scheduling for the college. The Role:
The Associate Dean is a leadership partner to the Dean. Primary responsibilities include supervision, coordination and leadership for all curricular issues, general education, and graduate education; implementation of College of Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) courses, programs and strategic priorities; and policy coordination. The Associate Dean also serves on a variety of college and university committees and acts in the Dean's absence.&nbsp;

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Finance at Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) has oversight of the financial, risk management and information technology operations of the organization. In collaboration with the Executive Director, the Director of Finance is delegated a high degree of responsibility to recommend and implement fiscal policies and procedures in partnership with university colleagues to ensure that ASI operates appropriately within the financial policies of the California State University (CSU) Board of Trustees and the University, while sustaining sound business practices, and strengthening the financial health of ASI.
The Director of Finance will sit as a non-voting member and serve as an advisor to the ASI Student Board of Directors, which doubles as the Sacramento State Student Government. &nbsp;&nbsp;

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Accounting

<li>Oversees the supervision and management of all aspects of the functional areas of the Accounting Services department, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, cashiering, fixed asset management, internal controls, policy development and implementation, legal, and audit compliance as well as maintenance of the general ledger.</li>
<li>Provides insight and education regarding ASI and CSU Sacramento budget and financial operations to the ASI Student Board of Directors, full-time staff, student-staff, campus partners and the student community at a level of their understanding.</li>
<li>Oversees the preparation of the annual financial statements and 990 for ASI and the Union WELL.</li>
<li>Facilitates implementation of quality standards and priority criteria for service processes.</li>

Minimum Qualifications

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for co-managing the clinical care provided to all levels of treatment services offered by Hope By The Sea. This includes a combination of administrative and clinical practice responsibilities, which are related to the supervision of unlicensed Therapists, policies, procedures, and practice. The Clinical Supervisor is also part of the Management Team, which supports compliance with all delivery of services to the fiscal, ethical and legal standards upheld by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and the core values and mission of Hope By The Sea.
The individual in this position provides program leadership for integrated primary care and behavioral health services and serves as a clinician on the behavioral health team. In addition to performing developmental and psychological evaluations, including psychometric testing, psychological evaluations, psychotherapy sessions, family counseling, and behavioral health consultation with clients and colleagues, this position also supervises behavioral health specialists and has program oversight and performance improvement functions.
The Clinical Supervisor is actively involved as a provider of client care, and in the coordination of client care, in order to ensure the smooth progression of the clients’ psychological and medical evaluation and treatment.
