Job Summary:
Digi Solutions, a leading marketing agency in Baltimore, Maryland, is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a salary range of $30,000 to $50,000 per year, paid biweekly. As a Graphic Designer at Digi Solutions, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials for our clients. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with our clients and internal teams to understand their marketing goals and develop effective graphic design solutions - Design and produce marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website visuals - Create and edit video and motion graphics for social media and other digital platforms - Develop and maintain brand guidelines for our clients and ensure consistency across all design assets - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designs - Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field - 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Experience with video and motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines - Strong attention to detail and ability to execute projects accurately and independently - Knowledge of current design trends and best practices - In-depth understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

We are seeking an organized, creative graphic designer to work alongside our experienced changemakers to help drive our initiatives to the next level. Our team is composed of entrepreneurial thinkers who are passionate about bringing visions to life, adept at juggling many tasks, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

In this role, you’ll be ideating, creating, managing, and executing on DreamLarge marketing and design needs across our community-based initiatives and nonprofit partners. 
In addition to working alongside the DreamLarge team, you should also be comfortable working with clients to identify their needs, managing relationships, and identifying campaign opportunities.
