About the Role:
The Field Change and Communications Manager is responsible for working alongside our Revenue Operations leader and our Enablement Business Partners&nbsp;to develop and deliver effective content that drives awareness and action aligned to Go To Market priorities and organizational goals. .&nbsp; This role will consist of working with sales, technical, marketing, product, and other business units to provide communications strategy, with an eye to organizational and skill change management, to deliver regular communications vehicles and tools to achieve organizational Go To Market goals. 
What You’ll Do:

Partner with Revenue&nbsp; Enablement and all go to market teams to develop and design communications aligned to our strategic&nbsp; GTM movements.

What You’ll Need:&nbsp;

As a member of the library’s dynamic, collaborative Instructional Technology Services team, the librarian in this position has primary oversight for the Office of Legal Technology &amp; Instructional Services. This position leads the development and delivery of services supporting the integration of library resources into the curriculum, the curation and use of the library’s growing electronic resources collection, the use of scholarly communication technologies and services, and the undertaking of digital initiatives. National Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization based in Washington, DC, seeks two energetic, creative, and passionate Marketing &amp; Communications Graphic Design Interns to assist the team in executing the 2026 Festival.

Internship Description
The Marketing &amp; Communications Graphic Design Intern will contribute to the communication, marketing, and branding strategy of various National Cherry Blossom Festival programs and events for the 2026 Festival. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team and other departments to understand project objectives, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality designs within established deadlines.</li>
<li>Assist in concept creation for a variety of campaigns using the Festival’s unique branding</li>
<li>Apply principles of design to create and implement visual assets, including advertisements, event signage and collateral, digital invitations, and banners, etc.</li>
<li>Develop PowerPoint presentations for special campaigns, events, and initiatives within project timelines</li>
<li>Support and update essential production boards via Monday.com, a project management platform</li>
<li>Organize and maintain the Festival’s photo gallery</li>
<li>Assist with onsite team-related roles at in-person events as needed</li>
<li>Other design requirements and responsibilities as necessary</li>
</ul>
 
The Festival welcomes interns who wish to focus on a particular specialty (e.g., photography, design, video, social media, website, media monitoring, and campaign tracking). Depending on the area(s) of interest and level of expertise, the work can be structured to offer a valuable hands-on learning experience.
 
Time Requirements: The Festival seeks interns who are available for both Fall AND Spring semesters to get the most value and experience during this internship. Interns who can commit to only one semester, either Fall or Spring, are also welcome to apply. Event execution support is subject to the intern’s availability and discretion. Interns are asked to commit to at least one full semester supporting the Festival.
 
Schedule:
Fall Semester targeted start date: Monday, September 8, 2025
Fall Semester end date: December 2025, depending upon the intern’s schedule
 
Spring Semester targeted start date: Monday, January 12, 2026
Spring Semester end date: June 2026, depending upon the intern’s schedule.
The 2026 National Cherry Blossom Festival runs from March 20 – April 12, 2026.
 
 
September - December 2025:
o 10 to 15 hours per week between the hours of 10 AM and 5:30 PM - Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Tuesday and Friday remote as needed).
o Evening availability to execute the Festival Launch event (November 2025).
o Start and end dates are flexible to align with semester schedules and internship academic credit requirements.
o Hours, schedule, and work format (must be primarily onsite with minimal remote option) are determined in consultation with the Marketing and Communications team and based on student availability.
 
January – June 2026:
o 10 to 15 hours per week between the hours of 10 AM and 5:30 PM - Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Tuesday and Friday remote as needed).
o Start and end dates are flexible to align with semester schedules and internship academic credit requirements.

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student. Recent graduates may also be considered.</li>
<li>Candidates must be studying graphic design or a similar degree and provide a portfolio showcasing creativity through brand design, layout, typography, and current trends</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li>
<li>Passion for community engagement, the arts, and/or international friendship</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organized with the ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills (knowledge of AP Style preferred)</li>
<li>Able to work independently and complete multiple projects in a timely manner</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with a variety of people in an exciting, fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Preferred, but not required: Prior experience in photography/videography plus Adobe Premiere Pro editing, and experience in Canva</li>

Compensation
National Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc. internships are unpaid, but college credit may be offered depending upon the educational institution’s guidelines and requirements. A monthly stipend is available for interns to defray the cost of commuting to the office.

• Ensures all visuals for the weekend services, including videos, stills, text and photos are proofed for spelling, formatting, visual quality, appropriateness, effectivity, color quality and cohesiveness thematically.
 
• Participates in all meetings for service planning, marketing, weekend service operations, volunteer care, culture building, team building, personal development and more, initiated by the Worship Arts Director.
• Works closely with Production, Worship, Creative/Media and Communication teams, assisting in various duties assigned by the Worship Arts Director.

Utah Mammoth is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join their Creative Team for the 25/26 season. Working under the direction of a Senior Designer, this position will be responsible for assisting in the development and creation of high-quality digital and print graphics across several brand touchpoints while adhering to brand guidelines. Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator, passionate, intuitive, hard-working, detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in the latest trends and practices in design. Must be comfortable working on multiple projects at once, working in a team setting, willing to receive feedback and offer up ideas. Internship runs from July 1, 2025 (flexible) to June 30, 2026. The Office of Technology Services (OTS) was established as a means of recognizing cost savings through the consolidation of State IT assets and resources. The creation of OTS consolidated a wide variety of existing hardware platforms, operating systems, database management systems, networks, third party software, and custom applications. 
OTS leads the State’s technology procurement process in order to standardize technology over the entire organization, seek efficiencies of operations, maintenance, and scalability of new products introduced to the OTS suite of services which can eventually be offered to all in-scope agencies. 
 
These positions will provide IT services to implement tools and web-based materials for the Louisiana Center for Effective Transitions (LCET) which was established under the U.S. Department of Education Disability Innovation Fund (DIF), Pathways to Partnerships Innovative Model Demonstration Project Grant. Only one vendor will be selected to provide all resources requested in this task order. Responding vendors also must be approved vendors under this U.S. Department of Education Grant in order to be selected.
