About the Opportunity:∙ Job Title: Blaster/Primer∙ Pay: $19/Hour∙ Location: Vadnais Heights, MN ∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM. Daily functions:

<li>Discusses/reviews work orders, prime specifications, parts, and painting requirements with Lead to assure an awareness of job requirements and parts flow.</li>
<li>Obtains parts or units to be painted and primed using forklift, crane, or trucks.</li>
<li>Prepares each work piece to ensure that no damage will occur while grit blasting and priming.</li>
<li>Operates PBC Autoblast system to obtain desired finish on work pieces.</li>
<li>Obtains primer/paint and mixes to proper consistency and viscosity.</li>
<li>Assembles painting equipment and connects paint containers, ensuring that pumps are properly cleaned and connected.</li>
<li>Properly apply primer, using air assisted spray system to achieve desired/required finish.</li>
<li>Continuously inspects blasted, primed, and painted parts or units to ensure proper coating application and makes gun adjustments as required.</li>
<li>Responsible for all minor repairs on blast and prime booths; repairs, cleans, reassembles spray guns and other related items.</li>
<li>May provide work direction to less experienced department employees.</li>
<li>Accumulates, inspects, and labels waste materials by company and safety standards. Informs supervisor when drum is full for removal.</li>
<li>Responsible for handling all fabricated parts, inventory on paints, thinners, reducers, hardeners, and coal tar.</li>
<li>Paints racks, trailers, fixtures, tables, pipeline, elbows, parts for maintenance and spare parts</li>
<li>Operates bar code scanner/computer.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ol>
Desired qualifications:
<ol>
<li>Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>2-4 years’ experience with pressure feed power washers preferred, spray guns preferred, hand trucks preferred, forklift preferred, PBC Autoblast system preferred, cranes preferred and common hand tools preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with computers.</li>
<li>Use of handheld scanners preferred.</li>
<li>Strong Attention to detail.</li>
</ol>
Physical requirements:

<li>Required to re-certify for respirator use annually as the work environment contains hazardous, dust, fumes, and coal tars.</li>
<li>Perform work on the production floor 100% of the time.</li>

<li>Has the ability to test and complete circuits according to blueprint and diagram specifications</li>
<li>Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures and inspects completed work for conformance with requirements of existing building and safety codes</li>
<li>Must be able to repair or replace all electrical devices including, but not limited to: breaker panels, motor starters, heaters, fuses, lights, AC drives, motors, electrical switches, etc. – all in accordance with state and federal codes, including company policies and procedures</li>
<li>Must be able to perform construction work such as running conduits, pulling wire, installing switches, breaker panels, etc. – as needed to supply power to plant electrical apparatus</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain a log (work sheet) of equipment repairs and problems. A list of electrical maintenance that needs to be done must also be kept</li>

<li>University-level teaching experience is preferred.</li>

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bétonel/Dulux is hiring immediately for the position of full-time Retail Store Sales Associate. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be the reason our customers come back! You will develop important relationships with our contractors and customers every day. You will greet and assist Bétonel/Dulux customers as they enter the retail store by listening and helping with their paint and supply needs.
Retail Store Sales Associate Main Responsibilities
• Advise and serve the needs of customers, including assess needs, propose solutions, dye and match paint products
• Suggest and advise additional products, such as brushes and rollers
• Work in a retail store environment safely with store responsibilities such as ensuring store is clean and well-stocked
• Lift, move, and stock store product while following safety guidelines
Retail Store Sales Associate Qualifications
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including Saturday and overtime
• Computer and internet applications
• We ask that you can stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly

bioMerieux is looking for a plumbing apprentice to repair all plumbing issues and maintenance at all of our current locations. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in commercial plumbing. Must have a good understanding of the plumbing trade. Must perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and compliance with local codes.
Inspects, installs, repairs and replaces pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to maintain the heating, water, gas, compressed air, and drainage systems. Cuts, bends, threads and fits pipes with adjoining pipe assemblies. Caulks leaks and opens clogged drains. Installs sinks, showers, toilets, water heaters, and related plumbing fixtures.  Interprets blueprints and works from sketches or verbal instructions. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures and compliance with local codes. Estimates time and material costs on plumbing projects and requisitions new plumbing materials and equipment.  Typically has 1-3 years of experience in position or specialization. Applies advanced skills to the position or specialization. Adapts procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position.  Duties and tasks reflect variety and complexity. Assignments can be broad in nature and may require originality and ingenuity. May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues. Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Training and Education:  High School diploma or equivalent.  Vocational training in a related field preferred. Enrolled in plumbing apprenticeship program for at least 1 year preferred.  Must have a valid Utah driver's license and clean driving record.
Experience:  1+ years of related experience
Skills:Good communication, both written and verbal.  Excellent customer service skills.  Basic computer skills.
