Position Summary 
Responsible for greeting patients, creating, and updating patient demographics and insurance information in the computer system, verification of health insurance benefits, explaining payment policies and billing/collections processes, generating charge ticket information, accepting, posting, and balancing cash drawer, scheduling follow-up appointments along with chart delivery and retrieval.

Primary Job Duties:

What does a Concierge at Sagora do?
<ul>
<li>Oversee front desk and greet guests</li>
<li>Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image</li>
<li>Direct calls and take messages as appropriate</li>
<li>Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily</li>
<li>Assist all associates as needed at the front desk</li>
<li>Make rounds around community as necessary for security procedures</li>
<li>Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email</li>
<li>Respond to emergency boards as needed</li>
</ul>
What do you need to be a Concierge?
<ul>
<li>High school diploma/GED preferred</li>
<li>6 months related experience preferred</li>
<li>Multitasking and time-management skills</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and organizational skills</li>
<li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Maintain integrity and confidentiality</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.</li>
