What are we looking for?

<li>Strong experience with Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop essential with emphasis in motion graphics and text animation.</li>
<li>Experience editing media for paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads) preferred.</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Turn raw video footage into world-class media used in paid marketing, organic social media, and paywalled course content.</li>
<li>Film headshot sessions offering creative suggestions and support when needed.</li>
<li>Schedule, collaborate, and film with industry-leading talent. </li>
<li>Collaborate the marketing team to establish desired feel and look for video campaigns.</li>
<li>Gather and transfer, and store multiple media file formats.</li>
<li>Improve video and sound quality using various software.</li>
<li>Edit video for audio/video quality, include preselected music, insert interviews and sound clips.</li>
<li>Ensure correct formatting according to specifications.</li>
<li>Utilize project management software to communicate and track status.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>3-5 years of Video Editing and Videography experience (media production and filmmaking experience is a plus).</li>
<li>Experience with Premier Pro/Adobe Creative Suite.</li>

We are looking for a kingdom-minded, creative, and talented Video Editor to help expand Bethel’s digital and creative footprint, brand awareness, and global impact through the gift of video editing!
The Video Editor reports to the Lead Filmmaker under the Creative &amp; Story Director and Manager. As Video Editor, you will be a highly creative and strategic to bring Bethel's video projects to life through post-production excellence. You will also assist the Video Team in ideation, pre-production and on set as needed to fulfill a project or for a better post-production process. You will leverage your expertise in video editing and asset management. The goal is to provide Bethel with high level video support that meets the needs and goals of Bethel and her associated ministries. Your life should demonstrate the faith, beliefs and core values of Bethel.
To be successful in this role, you should be highly creative, innovative, and resourceful with a desire to tell compelling and inspirational stories. You would be playing a key role in communicating the mission and vision of Bethel and Bethel's ministries through the video medium. Video projects include video announcements, missionary highlights, testimonies, event promo videos, ministry promo videos, campaign pieces, topical/education videos, recap/celebration videos, and others as proposed by the Lead Filmmaker and Creative Director.
You will also need to coordinate with the Creative &amp; Story Manager and Project Managers to see projects to completion. Your contribution will help move the mission of Bethel Church forward—to see revival change the world—through creating functional, aesthetic and viable designs to be implemented.
Salary Range: $49,000-$52,000 per year
Responsibilities Inlcude:

<li>Creating video edits to tell visual stories including content cuts, generating motion graphics, 3D tracking, color grading, basic audio engineering, and sourcing b-roll</li>
<li>Utilize and distill pre-production notes to convey messaging, pacing, and visual direction in post-production</li>
<li>Ideate and execute on creative elements that add to the production value of deliverables</li>
<li>Receive and implement creative and client feedback</li>
<li>Export and quality check all deliverables</li>
<li>Video/audio asset management</li>
<li>Ingest, organize and manage media on hard drives and servers</li>
<li>Clean up and consolidate finished projects for archive</li>
<li>Research and present viable solutions</li>
<li>Familiarize yourself with equipment. i.e. cameras, lighting, audio.</li>
<li>Work with Creative &amp; Communications Directors, Pastors, and ministry leaders to understand the vision for video projects</li>
<li>Develop creative concepts for videos individually or collaboratively with the Creative Department</li>
<li>Streamline the post-production process to be efficient, effective, and reproducible</li>
