The Digital Services Logistician is responsible for directing and coordinating Stellar Energy field team logistics personnel and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of the service teams’ resources. The Manufacturing Trainer will work to increase overall employee productivity, performance and effectiveness through the use of standardized, personalized and/or automated training systems. The Manufacturing Trainer will adhere to site safety requirements and promote a positive safety culture, leading by example. What you’ll do:
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for all functions at our industrial food waste processing facility in Plymouth, IN. Key responsibilities for this position include maintaining a productive culture based on respect, managing accountability to standard work processes, hands-on leadership with daily operations and maintenance tasks, and effective communication within the facility and the company.
Shifts available: 2/2/3, Nights, 6 pm to 6:30 am
This position is a safety-sensitive position and requires a clear mind and diligence. The employee has the responsibility for his/her safety as well as the safety of others.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Directly manage, hire and train Operators and Maintenance personnel; provide guidance and performance feedback</li>
<li>Oversee shift-to-shift operations of the plant, including production scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation</li>
<li>Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures</li>
<li>Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance to assess equipment condition, facility cleanliness, and ensure optimal performance</li>
<li>Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime</li>

 The Team Manager is responsible for the overall production operations. This position ensures production remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows. Responsible for first-line direction of non-exempt employees involved in production, printing, finishing, and other line operations. Reviews production schedules, material and manpower resources. The Team Manager provides direction to team members (technicians and operators) to ensure the operations are conducted safely, timely and efficiently. The position will ensure operations are maximized to deliver all production objectives, sustain quality and attain output requirements. The position will assist in establishing and modifying the operational methods and processes by recommending changes or maintenance. The position will assist with maintaining a variety of reports and records, production documentation, information related to operation scheduling and performance. 
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

<li>Hands-on supervisory position in which an individual is expected to provide assistance to the Production Manager as well as acting as a technical subject matter expert for the line operations; direct job assignments and provide technical hands-on leadership to the production staff</li>
