Job Summary
The Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for interacting with a sense of urgency and empathy. Position Summary The Content Compliance Specialist serves as a critical link between the Compliance, Clinical, Marketing/Communications, Brand, Sales, and Legal teams at Strive Pharmacy. This role ensures that all content produced and released internally or externally by Strive Pharmacy is accurate, compliant, and aligned with federal and state regulations. Content includes, but is not limited to, digital marketing campaigns, informational medication documents, patient and provider notices, educational presentations, print collateral, and social media posts for Strive Pharmacy's products and services, including prescription medications, OTC supplements, and other OTC products. Key Responsibilities
