Position Overview:
As an outsourced sales company, one of the main ways we differentiate ourselves is by positioning that we are not just “done for you sales” but rather “done for you sales operations.” The distinction is that while competitors just simply provide the sales talent, we bring a more comprehensive solution that includes sales management and all of our scaling systems. Needless to say, the Sales Director is a critical role in our sales management infrastructure, and in the overall solution we provide to our clients.. The way our management structure is designed is that each Sales Director oversees a few key accounts depending on the size, sales volume, and overall workload. Major Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

Evaluates lead flow ratios and rep capacity on a daily basis

HALO is looking for a Director of Sales Development and Recruiting, who will prospect promotional industry salespeople and work with them through to onboarding at HALO Branded Solutions (HBS). Responsibilities

Requirements:

<li>3+ years of promotional products industry and sales management experience is a must.</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce and knowledge of email marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Comfort and strong competence to prospect through various means including social platforms, email, phone, virtual meetings and in person meetings</li>
<li>Proven ability to motivate, earn trust, and successfully recruit new sales talent with a focus toward action</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to interpret and understand financials statements and basic business structure: P&amp;L, Income Statement, etc. </li>
<li>Deal management with a proven ability to effectively manage Salesforce database</li>
<li>Ability to effectively lead a meeting both in person and virtual</li>

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US.
