Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this full-time, in-person role plays a mission-critical part in ensuring the Inside Sales Department consistently delivers the lead-to-appointment volume necessary to serve more families and empower agents and loan officers to perform at their highest level.
 
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and leadership, with demonstrated success in high-volume, fast-paced call center environments. They must align strongly with EmpowerHome’s growth-focused, results-driven culture, bringing a competitive spirit, high energy, and unwavering accountability. This individual thrives on performance metrics, naturally tracks progress, and consistently pushes for excellence. Responsibilities:
Lead With Urgency and Impact

<li>Establish and reinforce a high-performance culture across the Inside Sales Department through hands-on, daily leadership.</li>
<li>Own and lead morning RevUps, track lead-to-appointment metrics from the previous day, and deliver real-time coaching throughout the day.</li>

Own Conversion Outcomes

<li>Fully own ISA performance in progressing leads to appointments, ensuring a high percentage of set appointments actually happen.</li>

<li>Analyze conversion gaps and lead sentiment to implement interventions that move the needle on key outcomes.</li>

Coach Relentlessly

<li>Coach in real-time by listening to live calls, engaging ISAs during active dialing blocks, and providing targeted, behavior-specific feedback that improves tonality, messaging, and objection handling.</li>
<li>Onboard new ISAs with a structured success plan and create ongoing coaching cadences tailored to individual performance tiers.</li>
</ul>
 
Pipeline Accountability
<ul>
<li>Drive a “No Lead Left Behind” culture by ensuring ISAs maintain timely, consistent outreach and always schedule next steps.</li>
<li>Enforce standards for lead-to-appointment follow-up and apply rigorous attention to appointments set vs. appointments that happen.</li>
<li>Use Salesforce reporting to spot pipeline stalls, inactivity, or low show rates, and coach accordingly.</li>
</ul>
 
Performance Management &amp; Accountability
<ul>
<li>Lead with a performance-first mindset using EmpowerHome’s Weekly Results Review (WRR) methodology.</li>
<li>Ensure ISAs review actual results from the previous week—including leads worked, appointments booked, show rates, contact rate, and talk time—using CRM dashboards and personal performance reports.</li>
<li>Enforce accountability through transparent performance dashboards and structured interventions using the EmpowerHome Growth Commitment Plan when needed.</li>
</ul>
 
Strategic Development &amp; Innovation
<ul>
<li>Work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership and Growth Ops to enhance ISA systems, scripting, and tools.</li>
<li>Build and refine call playbooks, objection libraries, coaching templates, and KPI dashboards.</li>
<li>Stay on the leading edge of real estate trends, lead nurturing best practices, and conversion innovation to differentiate EmpowerHome’s client experience.</li>

WHAT YOU’LL DO (MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES):

<li>Lead, coach, and inspire our inside and field sales team to win in the bariatric, medical weight management and metabolic health categories.</li>
<li>Build and execute sales strategies across two core channels: </li>

<li>Resellers – Bariatric clinics, hospitals, and HCPs who purchase and resell products</li>
<li>Recommenders – HCPs who influence and guide patient use via our brand stores. </li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Identify and grow key accounts across hospital systems, GLP-1 clinics, medical weight loss clinics, obesity medicine practices, and other emerging partners in metabolic health. </li>
<li>Uplevel team performance through strong coaching, accountability, and a culture of ownership and impact. </li>
<li>Represent Blueroot Health at industry trade shows, conferences, and events, strengthening our visibility and forging new relationships. </li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and flawless execution. </li>
<li>Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), automation tools, and AI to streamline and scale sales operations.</li>
<li>Actively listen to HCP feedback to co-create innovative solutions that meet their evolving needs </li>
<li>Travel estimated at 30% of the time to support team development, key account growth, and in-market initiatives.</li>

WHAT YOU’LL NEED (KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

<li>8+ years of healthcare practitioner sales experience, including at least 5 years of proven leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of reseller and recommender business models.</li>
<li>Experience in bariatric, metabolic, nutrition, or adjacent health sectors—or a strong desire to learn fast.</li>
<li>A passion for impacting patient outcomes through nutrition.</li>

The base pay range for this position is $102,600 - $140,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
