<li>Develop, maintain, and execute the daily and weekly work plans to meet the overall project schedule.</li>

Field Coordination

<li>Direct and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.</li>
<li>Conduct daily jobsite meetings and weekly subcontractor coordination meetings to review schedule, site logistics, and safety.</li>
<li>Ensure that all trades are following the most current drawings, specifications, and RFIs.</li>
</ul>
Safety &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site; ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and local regulations.</li>
<li>Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and incident reporting when needed.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and secure jobsite.</li>
</ul>
Quality Control
<ul>
<li>Monitor work in progress to ensure it meets plans, specifications, and quality standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate inspections with city officials, third-party inspectors, and the design team.</li>
<li>Identify and proactively resolve field issues, conflicts, and constructability concerns.</li>
</ul>
Schedule &amp; Documentation
<ul>
<li>Track progress against the project schedule; identify risks and implement corrective actions.</li>
<li>Review and approve daily reports, time logs, delivery tickets, and other field documentation.</li>
<li>Assist the project team with RFIs, change order documentation, and as-built information.</li>
</ul>
Client &amp; Stakeholder Relations
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the owner's representatives, architects, engineers, and inspectors.</li>
<li>Communicate issues, milestones, and progress professionally and in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Represent the company in a positive, solutions-oriented manner at all times.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements:

<li>Position is 100% field-based at active job sites in the Columbus, OH area.</li>
<li>Ability to stand, walk, and move around the jobsite for extended periods, including climbing ladders and stairs.</li>

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. OWL Services is immediately hiring a full-time Electrical Estimator. The Estimator is responsible for analyzing blueprints to determine the costs of materials, equipment and sub-contract needs of various projects. Estimators need to be involved to help provide solutions to increase profitability and prepare project bids. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company. 
Responsibilities

<li>Compute cost by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements </li>
<li>Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents </li>
<li>Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information </li>
<li>Present prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information </li>
<li>Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends </li>
<li>Perform conceptual, schematic, and design development budgets </li>

Qualifications

<li>6-8 years of overall commercial electrical experience</li>
<li>Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Texas) or equivalent field experience </li>

<li>Underground and Land Balancing experience a plus </li>
<li>Ability to read plans and specifications and perform quantity surveys </li>
<li>Understanding of Construction Estimating Systems ( e.g. Accubid, Trimble, Conest) and other Microsoft applications. </li>
<li>Familiarity with Sage BIM/ Revit or CAD drawings</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills </li>
<li>Proficient time management skills with ability to navigate multiple estimate opportunities </li>
<li>Proficient with various modern technology platforms </li>
<li>Understanding of industry terminology </li>
