Job Responsibilities:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.

Job Details
 Job Description: * Oversee all onsite activities from mobilization through final closeout on a large-scale healthcare project * Lead day-to-day field operations including subcontractor coordination, materials, manpower, equipment, and inspections * Collaborate with the Project Manager to track schedule, manage logistics, and proactively identify risks * Conduct daily and weekly meetings with subs, owners, and trade partners to ensure clear expectations and alignment * Enforce safety protocols, quality control standards, and site cleanliness requirements * Maintain daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and field documentation * Manage direct labor and optimize crew assignments to drive production and control costs * Serve as a key point of contact for field-related issues, resolving them in real-time to maintain project momentum Qualifications: * 3+ years of commercial construction supervision experience, including healthcare or technically complex projects * Experience managing ground-up builds \$20M+ in value preferred * Knowledge of healthcare construction sequencing, infection control, and code compliance * Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, tolerances, and field coordination * Excellent leadership, communication, and scheduling skills * Familiar with reading and interpreting construction documents, specs, and shop drawings * Proficient in field technology and construction software (e.g., CMiC, Procore, Bluebeam) * Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred * Must have a valid driver's license and ability to work full-time on site in Billings Interested in hearing more?
