About You
This is an entry level leadership development position, and as such you are most likely a recent College grad with a degree in Construction, Engineering, Mining, or similar. Experience &amp; Requirements:

<li>License: Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the</li>
<li>Certification: None</li>
<li>Education: High School Graduate/GED. Associate or bachelors degree in construction management, logistics, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Experience: 2-4 years of experience in construction logistics, material coordination, or supply chain management. </li>
</ul>

Working Conditions:
<ul>
<li>Travel: Up to 30% will be required to division and job sites.</li>
<li>Work in a climate-controlled office setting with varying degrees of stress and time pressure.</li>
<li>Considerable amount of time making repetitive motions.</li>
<li>Considerable amount of time sitting.</li>
<li>Considerable amount of time using telephone and computer.</li>
<li>Sounds, noise levels may be distracting or uncomfortable. </li>
