Role summary The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for scaling Extend’s infrastructure to support 100x growth, building tooling for enterprise-grade self-hosted deployments, and creating observability systems to ensure performance and reliability. 
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Scale infrastructure 100x across API calls, document processing workloads, and terabytes of data 
</li>
<li>
Build deployment pipelines and tooling for one-click enterprise self-hosted deployments 
</li>
<li>
Optimize performance and reduce latency at all layers 
</li>
<li>
Create observability systems that diagnose root causes and prevent recurrence 
</li>
<li>
Design security and isolation boundaries for serving both startups and Fortune 500 clients 
</li>
<li>
Collaborate directly with leadership to influence product and engineering strategy

Must-have qualifications

4-9 years of experience building complex software systems in production environments

Summary of Position: The Dev Ops Engineer is required to have working knowledge to create and develop front-end APIs and to work on projects to streamline and resolve issues found within the wireless and internal network, in a team environment, and provide excellent customer service. About the Role
We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help design and scale the infrastructure that powers Clockwork. This is a high-impact role where you'll own critical parts of our CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, and monitoring systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure in AWS/GCP.</li>
<li>Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate engineering velocity.</li>
<li>Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar tools.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment workflows, observability, and performance monitoring.</li>
