WHAT IS THE JOB?
Our team is looking for energetic food and drink runners to join us on our mission to turn the ordinary into extraordinary. To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis:
<ul>
<li>Monitoring the expo line for new food tickets, organizing them accordingly, and running food to the appropriate table.</li>
<li>Monitoring the bar well for freshly prepared beverages and running them to the appropriate table.</li>
<li>Maintaining constant communication with the cooks, servers and bartenders to communicate any guest issues.</li>
<li>Interacting with the guests appropriately and retrieving any additional items requested following drink/food delivery.</li>
<li>Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables and delivering to the appropriate dish washing station.</li>
<li>Ensuring your service teammates are adequately supplied with glassware, plateware and utensils at all service stations.</li>
<li>Being fun, enthusiastic and exuding lots of energy throughout each shift.</li>
<li>Bringing the infamous Austin vibe to our service model and creating the perfect Electric Shuffle experience.</li>
<li>Being able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent service with an attention to detail, even when under pressure.</li>
<li>Possessing excellent organizational skills and exuding efficiency.</li>
