 Construction firm in North Miami seeking on site supervisor. Projects range from luxury residential to large commercial spaces. This role spends minimum time in the office and majority of the time on the job site. Job sites range in location throughout Dade and Broward County. Must have experience supervising construction projects. Typical Duties: 
<ul>
<li>Manage the planning and coordination of onsite subcontractors work activities for a project according to contract and guidelines.</li>
<li>Supervise In-house trade &amp; labor staff.</li>
<li>Be onsite to monitor subcontractor personnel to ensure adherence with project plans and adherence to quality control of all installations.</li>
<li>By being onsite and present, manage and advise on quality and productivity issues while monitoring work performance with productivity of subcontractors to ensure project plans and schedule are followed to ensure project is executed effectively within budget and on time.</li>
<li>Submit Daily &amp; Weekly Status Update to senior management</li>
<li>Monitor the project schedules daily to keep on schedule and advise of any delays.</li>
<li>Advise senior level management of potential problems or scheduling difficulties, seek solutions to circumvent or mitigate such conflicts.</li>
<li>Facilitates with Project Management in discovery and correction of contract document errors and omissions and problem solving to reduce the cost incurred.</li>
<li>Assist with Project Team in production of RFIs, change orders, contract modifications</li>
<li>Work closely with construction team, subcontractors, designers, and architects.</li>
<li>Play a key role in the success of our overall projects.</li>
<li>Responsible for complying with the Quality Control Requirements and construction documents per each project.</li>
<li>Work with the Project Team to produce a Project Schedule and Schedule of Values.</li>
<li>Attend and engage in all site OAC &amp; Sub meetings.</li>
</ul>
Perform additional assignments as needed. Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>At least 3 years of on site construction experience. Preferably in residential, commercial and interior construction.</li>
<li>Bi-lingual English / Spanish preferred</li>
<li>Computer literate</li>
