Job Description
The Food Server deliver food and beverage items for our Guests in a timely manner.
Greets and acknowledges guests seated, takes orders, serves and removes plates from the table.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Greets customers and/or employees seated in the assigned section of the restaurant.</li>
<li>Maintains knowledge on available items on menu and side dishes and ensure optimum level of guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Assist customers to select appropriate side dishes and drinks.</li>
<li>Takes down the food and drink orders of customers; inputs into the computer and prints out a check. </li>
<li>Picks up the food orders from the kitchen and delivers to the customers table including the check.</li>
<li>Communicate any special food requirements to the kitchen staff.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain friendly relationship with all guests.</li>
<li>Manage customer queries and ensure appropriate resolution of all customer queries.</li>
<li>Coordinate with kitchen staff and customers and ensure timely delivery of all services.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain a complete course order to customer and ensure conformity of the delivery of food and beverages.</li>
<li>Manage customers after meals and assist in arranging table and dining counter.</li>
<li>Performs other duties are required.</li>
</ul>

QUALIFICATIONS

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required.</li>
<li>Must have 1 years food and beverage experience. </li>
<li>Pervious Food Server experience preferred </li>
</ul>
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Health Card</li>
<li>Alcohol Card</li>
</ul>
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
