Your Mission:

What You Bring to the Table:

The Role
<ul>
<li>Hire, train and develop talent for all roles</li>
<li>Support all phases of construction projects</li>
<li>Travel throughout regional market to various projects as needed (+/-50% annually)</li>
<li>Develop skillsets and knowledge of construction teams – both aerial and underground</li>
<li>Manage payroll and overtime guidelines; manage productivity levels</li>
<li>Complete employee performance management functions; disciplinary actions, performance reviews and ongoing development</li>
<li>Will be the team’s “expert” and “go to” resource; spending time in the field to understand, improve and build out the team</li>
<li>Review, update and maintain team data</li>
<li>Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of team members; headcount requirements</li>
<li>Work with leaders to delegate tasks when relevant</li>
<li>Keep safety as #1 priority for each team member: adhering to company safety standards and all federal, state and local laws</li>
<li>Drive team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects</li>
<li>Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers</li>
<li>Provide direction to multiple crews and their job site activities</li>
<li>Build and maintain positive relationships with utilities, clients, permitting agencies and government officials as needed</li>
<li>Handle customer and contractor problems related to projects</li>
<li>Work in a variety of environments; indoors, outdoors, elevated, tight spaces etc.</li>
<li>Maintain open communications with other departments</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of relevant aerial and/or underground construction leadership experience required</li>
<li>Prior construction industry experience; coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading, etc., a plus</li>
<li>Ability to be flexible and manage changing priorities</li>
<li>Able to travel throughout regional market to various projects as needed (+/-50% annually)</li>
<li>Open to a variety of schedules and accessible outside of normal business hours as needed</li>
<li>Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively in-person or virtually</li>
<li>Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers</li>
<li>Ability to give feedback; positive and negative when needed</li>
<li>Strong desire to grow and develop team members</li>
<li>Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing as needed</li>
<li>Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools</li>
<li>A body weight of no more than 275 pounds to perform ladder work safely. **Safety is our #1 Priority. If personal safety is not compromised, an accommodation may be available based on previous ladder experience in a similar role**</li>
<li>Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving; Class A CDL a plus</li>

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team at Mason Custom Homes in Grand Forks, ND. As a Concrete Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the concrete work on our construction projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:

<li>Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan and execute concrete work according to specifications</li>
<li>Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to schedule and prioritize tasks</li>
<li>Manage material orders and inventory to ensure that the necessary supplies are available for each project</li>
<li>Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment</li>
<li>Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and performance</li>
<li>Perform quality control checks to ensure that work meets industry standards and client expectations</li>
<li>Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar role in the construction industry</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>OSHA certification is a plus</li>
