The right candidate will be able to:
A Registered Physical Therapist (PT) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
 
Qualifications:

<li>Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and American Physical Therapy Association.</li>

To be qualified for Home Health care, you must hold the following credentials:

<li>Active LPN License in the state of practice</li>
<li>Valid Driver License</li>
<li>Valid Auto Insurance</li>
<li>CPR or BLS Certification</li>
<li>Valid TB Test(Skin test within the last year or x-ray within the last five years)</li>

Preferred: experience in outpatient, inpatient, acute care, home health, or specialized settings; OCS, NCS, SCS, or other specialty certifications
