The Director of eCommerce (Temporary) will play a significant role in building a best‐in‐class global eCommerce website and creating a superior home décor shopping experience. This role will be accountable for driving and monitoring our webstore performance via effective merchandising, A/B testing, personalization, and optimization projects. This person will be a key stakeholder in the creation of the eCommerce roadmap and a key contributor to our company roadmap and annual priorities.
The Director of eCommerce (Temporary) will work closely with Product Management, UI/UX, Marketing, and Creative teams to build a conversion‐driven website design that supports the brand vision and seasonal campaigns and proves our brand value to our shoppers. This person will also work closely with Product Management and Technology teams to identify technology, processes, eCommerce software, and feature improvements that contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business.
This position reports to the VP of eCommerce and is based in our Redwood City office location. This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office.
What you’ll do: 
<ul>
<li>Guide and support a global team of eCommerce Merchandisers to deliver best in class shopping experiences on our international sites</li>
<li>Oversee development of eCommerce site strategies including navigation, landing experiences, site search, and other tactical plans that will help meet and exceed conversion, revenue and profitability goals</li>
<li>Participate in evaluating tool and systems opportunities that drive eCommerce features and efficiencies, including use of technology to deliver a best‐in‐class personalized merchandising experience</li>
<li>Oversee eCommerce day‐to‐day responsibilities, including:</li>
<li>Drive improvement for key page/category metrics (conversion, bounce, exit, revenue, engagement, etc.) through the optimization of online merchandising that enhances overall customer experience</li>
<li>Drive innovation and optimization through testing and application of eCommerce best practices</li>
<li>Monitor, meet, and report on eCommerce KPI's (conversion, bounce/exit, cart abandon, RPV, brand/category revenue, etc.) across devices, pages, and customer segments, and be able to explain the business drivers behind fluctuations in these metrics</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Marketing, SEO, Merchants, Pricing, and Planning teams to define business goals for our brands to align on strategies that drive growth</li>
<li>Partner with Creative by contributing to creative briefs, reviewing creative concepts against business goals, and identifying asset requirements</li>
<li>Partner with Merchandising (physical product) to ensure that product goals and benefits are being translated onto our site in a way that is consistent with their strategies</li>
<li>Partner with Product Management and Technology teams to ensure technical support for the execution of eCommerce projects and website operations</li>
<li>Provide input for prioritization of eCommerce projects, bug fixes, and maintenance tasks that go to Website Operations, Creative, and/or Technology teams</li>

What you bring to the table:

<li>14+ years of experience in eCommerce/Retail&nbsp;</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical skills required</li>
<li>Prior experience managing teams required; remote management preferred</li>
<li>Ability to influence across functions and communicate across levels</li>
<li>Prior experience in leading cross functional projects</li>
<li>Experience in working with Creative, Product Management and/or Technology teams</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising, Economics, General Business Management or equivalent</li>

SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Must obtain a Level B license from EPA UST before being added to schedule, training will be provided by company.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Additional perks &amp; benefits for year round employees POSITION SUMMARY The Stratton Winter Sports Club Freestyle/Freeski/Allegro Coach will provide the highest level of modern Freestyle/Freeski coaching to prepare athletes for all levels of competition. Coaches should have strong communication skills, foster positive relationships with parents and athletes, and make quick, effective decisions to ensure safe and best-practice coaching. Along with on-hill management of athletes, coaches will assist with building and maintaining training and event venues. The starting wage for this role is $20.00/hour, increases with certifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES 
<ul>
<li>Execute a comprehensive in-season programming plan put forth by the Program Manager</li>
<li>Recognize industry trends and advancements and incorporate these methods into seasonal goals and daily training plans</li>
<li>Maintain positive dynamic communication plan to effectively inform all constituents of training schedules, critical program updates, specific event details, expanded training opportunities, program policies and philosophies</li>
<li>Understand and uphold concepts for growth opportunity and program improvements to include expanded programming, camps, social activities that promote a year-round connection</li>
<li>Maintain excellent guest and employee rapport and ensure customer satisfaction remains at the highest level possible</li>
<li>Develop strategies to expand insight into who your customers are and what they are looking for while maintaining strong relationships with them</li>
<li>Attend daily meetings as required and be able to step in as back up into any part of the daily operations</li>
<li>Maintain appropriate asset protection and inventory control</li>
<li>Prepare venues as needed for training and competitions</li>
<li>Supervise training venues to ensure safety while athletes are training and that only authorized individuals are with-in venue boundaries</li>
<li>Participate on working groups when asked, as they pertain to the interests of the program</li>
<li>Maintain the highest safety standards and code compliance for guests and staff daily</li>
<li>Additional duties as assigned </li>
</ul>
 EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Education: 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma, or equivalent, in progress or completed, required</li>
</ul>
 Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience participating in and coaching within their respective discipline at a state/local event, required</li>
<li>Previous experience maintaining venues in accordance with criteria set by US Ski &amp; Snowboard and/or USASA, required</li>
</ul>
 QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS 
<ul>
<li>US Ski &amp; Snowboard and/or USASA membership, required</li>
<li>Knowledge and understanding of US Ski &amp; Snowboard and/or USASA rules and regulations, required</li>
<li>Familiar with event travel and should be prepared to travel as needed</li>
<li>Current Safesport, CPR and First Aid and CDC Heads Up Concussion, required</li>
<li>Additional industry certifications or endorsements would be strongly considered</li>
<li>Effective communication skills. </li>
</ul>
 TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Regular event travel may be required. Reimbursement is given for authorized travel expenses. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position requires work on select evenings and all weekends and holidays during the winter season.
