Specific Duties
Interaction with Patients
<ul>
<li>Greets all visitors to the facility and directs them to their appropriate destination.</li>
<li>Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, pleasant, and helpful manner in person and on the telephone.</li>
<li>Answers the telephone and makes appointments or responds to inquiries.</li>
<li>Ensures that the patient brings all supporting documentation to visit.</li>
<li>Reminds patient of appointment time, documentation needed, immunization records for new patient pediatric appointments, and schedules and re-schedules appointments.</li>
<li>Explains processes and forms to patients as needed.</li>
<li>Conducts eligibility checks on insurances.</li>
<li>Collects payments from patients, enters the payment in eCW and prints receipts for patient. PR’s are responsible for the money they collect and ensuring that it is locked in the safe or locked drawer at their desk or in supervisor’s office at all times. Keys to drawers are never to be left in the open.</li>
<li>Communicates with the medical staff regarding patient’s visits.</li>
<li>Assists with printing out requisitions or other forms as needed.</li>
<li>As PR’s are in the public areas, they should present themselves always as professional and friendly, and act as a team player in all situations. They are responsible for keeping their personal areas and their surrounding public areas neat and clean and should routinely “straighten up” during the day.</li>
<li>Appearance of attire and possessions: PR’s should keep their “scrubs” that they wear in good condition, clean and neat. Only Zufall jackets are to be worn over scrubs. Wearing of personal sweaters or sweatshirts are not allowed. Only white T shirts are allowed under scrubs and clean sneakers are to be worn. No personal clothing or possessions are to be visible at their desk or on the back of the chair. This includes cell phones which should never be taken out, for any reason in an area where patients are allowed, regardless of whether or patients or visitors are present.</li>
<li>PR’s are hired as a PR I. They remain at this level during their initial training and after three months of employment are required to take an exam which covers all of the material that is required to perform their duties. It includes but is not limited to customer satisfaction, telephone encounters, refill processes, insurances, registration of patients, special population definitions, HIPAA, compliance and Zufall policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Staff will have three opportunities to pass the exam. If they do not pass at their first or second try they will be given additional training. If however, they fail three times, they will be terminated.</li>
</ul>
Communication
<ul>
<li>Maintains patients’ confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and other federal, state and local regulations as stated in the ZHC policies and procedures manual.</li>
<li>Answers inquiries of patients and public in person or via telephone regarding regulations and services; when necessary, refers inquiries to appropriate person or department.</li>
<li>Reads, writes, speaks, understands, and communicates in English and Spanish sufficiently to perform the duties of this position. </li>

The ELYON Engineering Technician (Civil) will be an integral part of the NRCS Team and provide support for a variety of programs, projects, and special tasks. Contractor employee shall be able to analyze data to produce surfaces, profile views and sections views from the surveyed data.</li>
<li>Contractor employee will review and provide comments to NRCS staff on construction drawings and specifications developed by NRCS or others when needed to verify technical adequacy and accuracy of the materials and documents in question.</li>
<li>Contractor employee will have either a working knowledge of or the willingness and capability to be trained on a variety of surveying equipment. Contractor employee shall use and troubleshoot setup problems for various forms of surveying equipment, self levelling levels, total station equipment, data collectors, GPS total stations, etc. Following initial training on agency specific equipment, the contractor employee shall be able to independently operate such equipment and will train others on its use.</li>
<li>The Contractor employee will be expected to independently work with agency specific, TEAMS, SharePoint sites, shared drives and computer systems which may require some initial training.</li>

The Contractor employee will interpret these and other construction drawings and 9 specifications, explain these interpretations to contractors, landowners, agency personnel, material providers, regulatory personnel, local unit of government Sponsors, NRCS employees, other Construction Inspectors, and various county, district employees and others.</li>
<li>Contractor employee will, after appropriate training and support on agency equipment, be able to independently download survey data, and produce contour maps/drawings when needed. Contractor employee shall be able to analyze data to produce surfaces, profile views and sections views from the surveyed data.</li>
<li>Contractor employee will review and provide comments to NRCS staff on construction drawings and specifications developed by NRCS or others when needed to verify technical adequacy and accuracy of the materials and documents in question.</li>
<li>Contractor employee will have either a working knowledge of or the willingness and capability to be trained on a variety of surveying equipment. We are presently seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our Washington Estates I &amp; II&nbsp;communities&nbsp;located in Washington, PA, who will perform administrative duties under the supervision of a Community Manager.
As a successful Assistant Community Manager, you will:
<ul>
<li>Greet all customers with a polite, professional demeanor.</li>
<li>Answer community office telephone calls promptly and professionally, provide requested information for telephone inquiries.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain community relationships.</li>
<li>Use Microsoft Office to produce and present documents.</li>
<li>Assist the Community Manager in entering data into the management software program.</li>
<li>Assist the Community Manager in completing guest cards and entering lead information in the Link System.&nbsp; “Leads” include but are not limited to people interested in purchasing Bayshore Homes or Bayshore Brokered Homes, moving a home into the community and etc.</li>
<li>Maintain all community office files according to company policy, including state and local requirements.</li>
<li>Inventory, order and verify receipt of office supplies.&nbsp; Coordinate maintenance of office equipment to ensure continuous customer sales and service.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Document telephone conversations, visits, and presentations to maintain existing customers and to build a book of business of potential residents for property management.</li>
<li>Work in conjunction with the Community Manager in new and used home sales.&nbsp; Present homes to potential residents as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure residents’ privacy and property preservation.</li>
<li>Comply with Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements to protect the interest of the company and to avoid discrimination of residents, vendors and team members.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>

Job Requirements
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 1-year general office experience required; 1-year sales experience preferred, occasionally required&nbsp;</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and with strong analytical and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.</li>
<li>Valid operator’s license, maintenance of a good driving record at all times, and insurability under the Company’s policy at all times and the ability to commute between communities.</li>

BASIC PURPOSE:
Participates in the development, installation and maintenance of the Authority's wide area Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. Required to be on-call for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Works under the general supervision of the Program Manager, SCADA.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED:
Exercises close supervision of other technicians as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Leads a technician team in the development, installation, enhancement and maintenance of the control and monitoring system.</li>
<li>Assigns work schedules and keeps records and documentation, including but not limited to Maximo and weekly reports, of all work performed.</li>
<li>Installs, repairs and services direct to line, time division multiplex digital channel banks and analog/digital CSU/DSU high-speed data modems.</li>
<li>Works with the Telephone Company and other vendors to achieve data line installations and repairs.</li>
<li>Performs precision calibration and maintenance on primary instrumentation devices utilized for the control and operation of SCADA controlled and monitored water and wastewater facilities.</li>
<li>Maintains an up-to-date set of records and documentation on all SCADA facilities.</li>
<li>Installs, repairs and services VHF, UHF, point to multipoint multiple address and spread spectrum data radios along with analog/digital microwave systems in the 2, 5, 10, 11, and 23 Ghz bands as directed.</li>
<li>Installs, repairs and services microwave towers, antennas, transmission lines and dehydrator units as directed.</li>
<li>Works with Human Machine Interface screens, SCADA PCs and programmable logic controllers.</li>
<li>Insures in-house and consultant compliance with the SCADA Standards.</li>
<li>Performs preliminary path studies of proposed microwave links as well as frequency interference and intermodulation studies at microwave/radio sites.</li>
</ul>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Associates Degree in Electronic Engineering; Bachelor degree preferred; and</li>
<li>At least three (3) years experience maintaining and servicing computer controlled programmable logic controllers and/or other types of automated process equipment; 450/900 Mhz data radio, analog, digital and medium density microwave radio, transmission line and high gain antenna systems; calibration, repair and maintenance of instrumentation and telemetry devices; or</li>
<li>Any equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
</ul>
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot to the board level using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, service monitors, frequency counters, frequency selective voltmeters, watt meters, transmission line network analyzers and BER test sets as well as using computer driven diagnostics.</li>
<li>Ability to install, align and service microwave towers, dish, yagi and omni directional antennas in excess of 100 feet above ground level.</li>
<li>Familiarity with windows-based Intellution HMI application software, AutoCAD or other equivalent CAD design programs, and computer-aided microwave terrain analysis engineering programs; and working knowledge of Windows XP.</li>
<li>Excellent communications skills required.</li>
</ul>
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License required within six (6) months.</li>
<li>Valid Class D Motor Vehicle Operator's License.</li>
<li>Ability to pass Confined Space Entry Training within six months.</li>
<li>ISA Certified Control System Technician (CCST) certificate preferred.</li>
</ul>
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:
