Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the healthcare location, responding as appropriate to emergencies.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and any site-specific guidelines.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions.</li>
<li>Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and to maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.</li>
<li>Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client site requirements.</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or patients, providing assistance or direction as needed while maintaining a customer-focused approach.</li>

Minimum Requirements:
