Summary
The Technical Sales Specialist coordinates various departments and external contacts to provide cost-effective custom weighing solutions that meet or exceed customers' expectations. This position will help maximize the market share and profitability of the Fairbanks Scales product lines.
 
Essential Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Estimates project costs, consults, and provides timely and effective communication during a project with multiple internal groups at all levels of the organization including sales and engineering on technical matters, ensuring the feasibility of proposed solutions. </li>
<li>Participates in needs analysis and information gathering meetings with Sales, Service, Distribution, and customers as required to help define the best customer solution.</li>
<li>Supports all industrial and other products that are designed, built, shipped, or sold out of the company's manufacturing facilities.</li>
<li>Provides outside vendors and contractors pricing on modifications to existing products and products not carried in our system.</li>
<li>Evaluates existing systems to determine effectiveness and suggests changes to meet customer requirements.</li>

The Pavilion Payments Technical Resolution Specialist receives Tier 2 support calls and handles 3rd party vendor escalations.
