Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Provide outstanding customer service that keeps people coming back.</li>
<li>Handle shipping, packing, printing, mailbox rentals, and small business support.</li>
<li>Solve customer challenges with creativity and critical thinking.</li>
<li>Process transactions accurately and keep the store welcoming and organized.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in high-interaction customer service (e.g., bartending, restaurant service, or specialized retail like hardware or pet stores).</li>
<li>Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable with technology and eager to master new systems.</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.</li>

Schedule
