Summary: 
The Member Solutions Specialist works under direction of the VP, Member Solutions and is responsible for performing collection activities associated with various delinquent accounts as assigned. Essential Functions:
· Monitor accounts for late and/or delinquency status and attempt contact with members to secure a satisfactory resolution and offer available options. 
· Maintain up-to-date activity reports on accounts via HFCU Collection Software
· Ensure all collection activities are performed in accordance with established Heritage Family Credit Union Policies and are legally compliant. 
· Maintain Heritage Family Credit Union’s professional and confidentiality standards through all collection efforts and interactions with members and co-workers. 
· Communicate with Management to provide account updates and seek support with any significant concerns.

Qualifications:
Education: 
· High School Diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of collection procedures and familiarity with related laws and regulations preferred.
Experience: 
· Previous work experience in collections or related field preferred. 
Skills: 
· This position requires a highly organized, detail-orientated self-starter with proficient writing and verbal communication skills. Excellent phone skills/etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in writing is critical. 
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, e.g. Word, Excel &amp; Power Point, required.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires sitting for extended periods of time and working primarily at a workstation or desk in an open office environment. Daily tasks include extensive use of a computer performing standard keyboard functions, requiring repeated motion, as well as extensive use of the phone. The Member Services Representative is responsible for assisting in all Membership activities: growing revenue through the promotion of the Longevity Club and all of the services we offer; new-member recruitment, onboarding, and retention; member care services and engagement; assisting with retail and merchandising; executing and promoting marketing strategies, and Mindbody scheduling and account management. The position is also responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships within LC, our local community, and industry. Other duties include responding to member needs, administrative tasks that assist with daily operations and contributing to the orderliness and cleanliness of the Longevity Club.&nbsp;

The Member Services Representative has proficient knowledge of fitness club operations and stays abreast of new studies, current trends, and developments in the fitness and related industries. This person also possesses the following:&nbsp;
