Job Summary
Future Growth Opportunity with Morrison Healthcare!
Working as the Director of Dining Services&nbsp;you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations for a 150-bed hospital. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Oversees all P&amp;L and budgeting as it pertains to the account</li>
<li>Maintains excellent relationships with the client</li>
<li>Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students</li>

Job Summary:
The Healthcare System Sales Director is a senior-level leader responsible for driving the strategic growth and adoption of MicroGenDX’s Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) diagnostic services across a network of hospital systems. This role will lead partnerships with independent contractor hospital representatives, develop high-level relationships with hospital executives and department heads, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to position MicroGenDX as a leader in molecular diagnostics.
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Partner with independent contractor reps to oversee and grow MicroGenDX’s presence within hospital systems.</li>
<li>Build relationships with administrators, laboratory leadership, and department heads across Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, Critical Care, Urology, and more.</li>
<li>Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the use of MicroGenDX’s NGS service lines. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and internal departments to support growth initiatives.</li>
<li>Lead the execution of new account setup in the CRM and other customer tracking systems. </li>
<li>Organize and deliver clinician/customer meetings, in-servicing, lunch-and-learns, and training sessions.</li>

<li>Increase awareness and understanding of MicroGenDX’s NGS solutions through ongoing education of hospital staff. Clearly articulate the advantages of NGS over traditional cultures and PCR using clinical studies and sales materials.</li>
<li>Represent MicroGenDX at industry conferences, seminars, and professional associations to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.</li>
