As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be responsible for working with new and existing clients to ensure that they are successful with Ping solutions. As part of the company's Global Support Organization, you will work with a variety of cross functional teams at Ping to ensure a client's journey from purchase to production is smooth and well managed. You will partner with the customer to ensure each customer is fully optimized on their existing deployed solutions. In summary, your job is to ensure that you deliver value to our customers.
You will:

<li>Provide clients with technical recommendations and best practices for Ping solutions based on their identity and security needs</li>

You have:

The Role:

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or similar experience.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in a senior leadership role in Customer Support or Technical Support within the technology industry.</li>
<li>Proven track record in leading and managing a high-performing Customer Support team.</li>
<li>Experience across SaaS, Managed Services, FedRAMP, IL4/5.</li>
</ul>
Salary Range: 155,454.00 - 194,318.00 USD Plus Bonus
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
