The Integrated Healthcare-Care Manager provides coordination of healthcare services, benefits, and resources to align with OCHNs integrated healthcare initiatives. Essential Functions 
Under direction:

Summary
Are you an Electrical Design Engineer with 2-5 years of experience looking to grow your career? Duties and Responsibilities
Prior experience working on Healthcare/Hospitals building Duties:

<li>Pre-Design Engineering
<ul>
<li>Review existing as-built drawings.</li>
<li>Perform field investigations.</li>
<li>Set up drawings and models for multiple disciplines.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members regarding design coordination, schedules, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Perform feasibility studies.</li>
<li>Prepare schematic designs.</li>
</ul>

</ul>
<ul>
<li>Design Engineering
<ul>
<li>Perform energy calculations using EnergyPro or IES VE.</li>
<li>Develop single-line diagrams and load schedules.</li>
<li>Design lighting selection and controls.</li>
<li>Design normal, emergency, and renewable power systems.</li>
<li>Perform Arc Flash, Short Circuit, and Coordination Power System Studies.</li>
<li>Experience with low voltage building systems (Fire Alarm, Security, Voice/Data, Nurse Call) systems is a plus.</li>

<li>Design Complexity
<ul>
<li>Performs routine engineering work applying standard techniques. Performs basic engineering calculations.</li>
<li>Prepares construction estimates and specifications for small-size projects.</li>
<li>Can independently create small reports.</li>

<li>Construction Administration
<ul>
<li>Review submittals</li>
</ul>

Qualifications &amp; Requirements

<li>Education &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering Field</li>
<li>Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certification is a plus</li>
<li>LEED Accreditation a plus</li>
</ul>

<li>Working Knowledge
<ul>
<li>Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>AutoCAD</li>
<li>Revit</li>
<li>California Building Code</li>
<li>National Electrical Code</li>
<li>HCAI experience is a plus</li>
<li>Net Zero Energy/Carbon experience a plus</li>
