Compensation &amp; Benefits
Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $58,000 - $62,000. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The HR &amp; Marketing Coordinator plays a dual role in supporting our people operations and brand presence. This position will assist with human resources processes—such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and recordkeeping—while also helping to execute marketing initiatives that promote our company’s culture, services, and employer brand. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing people-focused work with creative projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
Human Resources (50%)
<ul>
<li>Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.</li>
<li>Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.</li>
<li>Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Support employee engagement programs, wellness activities, and internal communications.</li>
<li>Assist with policy updates and compliance documentation.</li>
</ul>

Marketing (50%)
<ul>
<li>Help plan, create, and schedule social media posts, newsletters, and internal communications.</li>
<li>Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.</li>
<li>Maintain and update the company website with fresh, engaging content.</li>
<li>Assist in developing branded materials, presentations, and internal communication assets.</li>
<li>Support employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.</li>
</ul>
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Work will occasionally be done outside in all weather conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>1–3 years of experience in HR, marketing, or a related role (internship experience considered).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in content creation and analytics tracking.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with the ability to think creatively.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems and/or marketing tools would be a plus (e.g., ADP, Canva, Mailchimp, social media platforms, etc.).</li>
<li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

It’s a highly autonomous position with little handholding, where you set the direction and define your own day-to-day to drive GMV. You will own the client end to end.
What You’ll Do:
At Spotlight Media, there’s no rigid playbook—we do whatever it takes to help our brands succeed. As an Account Manager, you’ll own the client relationship end to end and drive growth through hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include:

<li>Align sampling goals with brand objectives and quickly pivot strategies when we’re off track.</li>
<li>Audit creator partnerships to identify top performers and refine outreach.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Community &amp; Campaign Management
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute marketing calendars for creator communities.</li>
<li>Launch and manage competitions or challenges to engage creators and drive volume.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Advertising &amp; Growth Strategy
<ul>
<li>Evaluate when to deploy creative boosts or Spark Ads to maximize GMV.</li>
<li>Identify and double down on unique “alphas” (winning strategies, creators, or campaigns) that differentiate a brand and unlock scale.</li>

Compensation Range: $70k - $90k
