Job Description: Implementation Specialist
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful deployment of PCS transportation management solutions for carriers, shippers, and brokers. The Implementation Specialist will take ownership of the software implementation and end-user training from the minute the sales contract is executed through the completion of go-live by communicating constantly with the customer and creating and managing the implementation timeline with our customers. 
 
The goal of the Implementation Specialist is to project the image of PCS Software, Inc. professionally through telephone interaction, webinars, email communications, project timeline updates, training documentation, etc. and to consistently optimize the customer’s experience. You must interact with customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Customer Support: Provide comprehensive online support and training to customers on the use of our software. You are responsible for the setup of the PCS Software customer environment, scheduling training sessions with the customers and tracking customer progress throughout the training process as well as highlighting optional integrations, training classes, add-on modules, and customizations that might benefit the end users.</li>

<li>Subject Matter Expert: You will learn the PCS software platform for shippers, carriers, and brokers and be able to support all aspect of our software to include: Dock and Yard Management, Route Optimization, Dispatch, Accounting, Fleet Management, PCS Mobile, Analytics and Reporting, Freight Audit and Pay, and third part integrations.</li>

Desired skills and qualifications:

Intake Department Responsibilities: 
1. Communicate with patients to obtain information required to process prescriptions, refills, access benefits and apply charges against co-pay cards
2. Investigate and verify benefits for pharmacy and medical third-party claims for assigned cases
3. Obtain prior authorizations; initiate requests, track progress, and expedite responses from insurance carriers and other payers, and maintain contact with customers to keep them continuously informed
4. Review for accuracy of prescribed treatment regimen prior to submission of authorization
5. Facilitate appeals process between the patient, physician, and insurance company; compose clinical appeals letters based off of specific denial reason and patient's clinical presentation and coordinate 
appointment of representative document
6. Complete status check with insurance company regarding receipt/outcome of prior authorization and appeal; obtain approval information and activates copay cards based off eligibility and specific drug prescribed
7. Track, report and escalate service issues arising from requests for authorizations, financial assistance or other issues that delay service

10. Complete a series of assessments mandated by either manufacturer contracts or operations and facilitate patient enrollment with manufacturer Hubs when required. 
11. Document case activity, communications, and correspondence in computer system to ensure completeness and accuracy of patient contact records

This role reports directly to the Human Resources Department and is responsible for managing all aspects of weekly payroll processing as well as providing critical support to various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Paylocity, experienced in construction payroll (including certified payroll and union compliance), and comfortable handling sensitive employee information with discretion.
This is a dynamic role that bridges payroll and human resources, ensuring accurate and timely compensation while supporting compliance, onboarding, benefits coordination, and personnel recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Process weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, in compliance with all labor regulations and internal policies. </li>

The Leasing Specialist role will manage and lead in-person tours for prospective residents and sell the units to encourage application submittal. They will work on improving occupancy and preventing stale units through marketing and analyzing the local market.
