Primary Tasks:

Education &amp; Experience

<li>Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Public Health Nurse (PHN)] preferred or required</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing health services, preferably in early childhood education, public health, or a community-based setting</li>
<li>Familiarity with Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) and Department of Public Health regulations relevant to childcare programs</li>
<li>Experience in conducting health screenings and making appropriate referrals</li>
<li>Experience working with electronic health records systems specific to early childhood programs</li>
<li>Knowledge of local health resources and providers </li>
<li>Experience in developing and delivering health education training</li>
<li>Ability to travel locally for home visits, meetings, and community outreach</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds</li>
