REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
This position reports to the Deputy Director, Loan Closing Administration and works closely with the Lending Production, the Credit, and the Finance and Operations teams. 

JOB SUMMARY: 
The Loan Closing Administrator (LCA) leads LIIF’s internal real estate loan closings and serves as the primary liaison with outside counsel and project lenders. The LCA ensures accurate, compliant closing of predevelopment, acquisition, construction, and permanent loans for affordable housing, childcare, charter schools, and other community facilities. This role requires expertise in real estate law and loan documentation (mortgages, notes, deeds, leases, guarantees), oversight of off-balance sheet fund closings, and management of administrative and compliance activities. The LCA also ensures smooth transition of closed loans to Asset Management and Loan Servicing, working collaboratively across teams and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Loan Closing Administration – 55%
<ul>
<li>Review draft and final loan documents to ensure compliance with LIIF’s Lending Manual and approved deal terms as outlined in the Credit Memo. The LCA must be confident in raising discrepancies with lending management.</li>
<li>Lead due diligence activities including UCC, OFAC, title, environmental, seismic, insurance, and third-party reports </li>
<li>Liaise with legal counsel, Loan Officers, and borrowers to ensure all closing conditions are met.</li>
<li>Perform pre-closing tasks, including:
<ul>
<li>Ordering appraisals and third-party reports.</li>
<li>Reviewing preliminary title reports and final settlement statements, surfacing for management any discrepancies or issues.</li>
<li>Securing UCC filings and performing searches (OFAC, tax lien, judgment).</li>
<li>Verifying insurance compliance and loan closing conditions.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Proactively monitor and track critical dates, deadlines and deliverables in complex real estate transactions. </li>
<li>Seek and elevate opportunities for internal process improvements </li>
<li>Perform loan data review and create service records in loan systems (nCino, LMS).</li>

Loan Funding Coordination – 10%

Reporting and Pipeline Management – 10%

Reporting to the Director, Information Technology (IT), the Network Administrator provides broad technical support to achieve effective, efficient, and uninterrupted technology operations. Core responsibilities include managing a hybrid network infrastructure by monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network equipment, access, and protocols to maximize performance, security, and reliability. Position Summary: The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and wellness offerings. This role ensures accuracy in benefits enrollment, compliance with applicable regulations, and exceptional service in supporting employee benefit needs. The Benefits Administrator collaborates with vendors, brokers, Payroll, Finance, and HR teams, and also supports key events such as open enrollment, 90-day benefits onboarding, and quarterly 401(k) trustee meetings.
 
General Purpose: Maintain culture building and development of the Family Express “Living Brand” by observing all aspects of the company’s Human Resources and the Human Resource department, consistent with the Family Express vision and mission. Aids all levels of the company, adhering to all department policies and procedures.
 
Position Responsibilities

<li>Administer all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and retirement plans.</li>
<li>Facilitate 90-day benefits enrollment by supporting newly eligible employees through the onboarding and selection process.</li>
<li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit plan provisions, enrollment status, and coverage changes.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate employee benefits records, manage document retention, and ensure data integrity in the HRIS.</li>
<li>Oversee vendor relationships for escalated issues related to plan design, claims, COBRA, retirement administration, and system data syncing.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate communication of benefit eligibility to vendors; review enrollment files for accuracy.</li>
<li>Coordinate and attend quarterly 401(k) trustee meetings with the Plan Advisor.</li>
<li>Plan and administer annual open enrollment for benefits and retirement programs, including preparation of materials, system setup, and employee education.</li>
<li>Prepare and organize benefit-related educational meetings and materials throughout the year.</li>
<li>Partner with brokers, HR, and Finance to conduct annual benefits reviews and complete census and data requests from vendors.</li>

Duties:
