Reporting to the Restaurant Leader, the Concierge ensures that our guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience from the initial impression to the fond farewell. Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional customer service-oriented Concierge with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York, Florida and Pennsylvania. We have openings at our Yonkers, NY location.
 
Schedule: Open
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.
 
The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
<ul>
<li>Meeting/Greeting residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit and maintain logbooks for all visitors</li>
<li>Answering phone calls and assisting callers with information and/or instructions for the building</li>
<li>Responding to inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable.</li>
<li>Receiving and overseeing deliveries, mail and packages for residents</li>
<li>Inspecting the buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reporting any issues to the maintenance department.</li>
<li>Assisting management with any request for residents in the building</li>
<li>Keeping lobby area, front desk and package are organized, neat and clean</li>
<li>Properly communicating with lead concierge and Management.</li>
<li>Providing excellent customer service</li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li> Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours</li>
<li>Ability to use a general office equipment such as computer, telephone, fax machine, as well as other computer tracking systems used at the property.</li>
<li>Should be computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet</li>
<li>Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.</li>

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
 
Client Engagement &amp; Milestone Celebrations:

<li>Welcome new clients with personalized materials and branded gifts.</li>
<li>Organize and execute milestone celebrations such as loan approval cakes, congratulatory calls, and closing gift baskets.</li>
<li>Ensure post-closing engagement with thank-you letters, homeownership guides, and follow-ups for Google reviews.</li>
</ul>
 
Social Media Management:

<li>Create and post engaging content featuring client closings, events, and community activities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with third-party editors to produce polished photo and video content.</li>
<li>Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize engagement and grow our online community.</li>

Event Coordination:

<li>Plan and promote client appreciation events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives.</li>
<li>Oversee logistics and document events to showcase on social media.</li>

CRM &amp; Workflow Management:

<li>Use Tu Conoces CRM to automate reminders and track client progress.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure a seamless experience at every touchpoint.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills</li>
<li>Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere</li>

Who You Are
<ul>
<li>You’re a people person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>You have experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and analytics tools.</li>
<li>You have experience in Real Estate or Mortgage is a plus.</li>

As the Cigar Concierge, you play a critical role in ensuring every customer receives an exceptional customer service experience. You will process transactions, answer questions, stock shelves, and ensure every customer leaves feeling positive about their visit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
