The Impact You Will Make
In this position as Senior Media Buyer, you will support the execution and management of paid media campaigns across numerous clients on the Paid Media team. You’ll work closely with a team of Media Buyers, and coordinate across our Client Services, Media Planning, and Analytics teams to execute successful campaigns.

Requirements
What You Bring

What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>TV Buying Experience: 2+ years of experience in linear TV buying; confident negotiating with vendors.</li>
<li>Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, readily embracing change and new challenges </li>
<li>Eagle Eye for Detail: Possess a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in schedules, logs, and reporting, spotting discrepancies before they become issues.</li>
<li>Proactive Problem-Solver: Ability to anticipate, recognize, and clearly define problems, demonstrating proactive problem-solving by seeking innovative solutions, weighing alternatives, and proposing solutions.</li>
<li>Data Detective: Confident in data analysis and interpret performance metrics to inform strategic decisions: evaluating offered media deals and putting them in the context of the current market. Strong understanding/utility of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in working with large datasets.</li>
<li>Communication Champion: Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal managers and communication strategy teams. </li>
<li>Project Management Pro: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with finesse.</li>

<li>Process Driven Innovator: Actively looks for opportunities to streamline complex workflows, refine existing systems, and enhance team efficiency by implementing better processes, documentation, and tools.</li>

<li>System Familiarity: Hands-on experience or familiarity with industry-standard media platforms, including Media Buying Software (e.g., Mediaocean); Ratings/Planning Tools (e.g., Nielsen systems, Guideline), etc.</li>
