<li>Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for the Sr. VP Commercial Operations / Business Development and Business Development function (i.e. Conferences, sponsor / CRO visits, etc.) </li>

<li>Support outreach efforts by drafting introductory emails, coordinating follow-ups, and managing sponsor contact lists. </li>
<li>Help prepare and organize capability decks, feasibility questionnaires support checklists, cheat sheets, and pre-study materials (i.e. therapeutic area population estimates, database estimates, recruitment efforts). </li>
<li>Schedule BD maintenance / check in pipeline calls, non-trial startup site visits, and capabilities presentations; coordinate logistics across multiple sites. </li>

Pipeline, CRM, and Data Tracking

<li>Maintain accurate and timely data within Monday.com and other tracking tools. </li>

Marketing &amp; Conference Support
