Job Description 
Overall Purpose and Objective of Position
As directed by the Assistant Department Managers, this position is responsible for supervising a shift of production staff at a soybean crushing, refinery, boiler and packaging plant. Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Supervise and work alongside millwright crew during installations, repairs, and maintenance of mechanical and material handling systems such as grain mills and elevators and agricultural equipment, conveyors, and working on plant shut- downs.</li>
