Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Content Creation

<li>Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (posts, Reels, carousels, stories) using Canva and Social Pilot.</li>
<li>Research platform algorithms and trends to optimize content performance.</li>

2. Content Writing and SEO Blog Production

<li>Ensure all blog posts pass Yoast SEO and readability standards before publishing.</li>
<li>Use AI tools as a starting point when needed but ensure content is unique and high-performing.</li>
<li>Create supporting blog graphics or coordinate with the design team as needed.</li>

3. Brand Strategy and Internal Marketing
<ul>
<li>Support internal content initiatives for WolfPack (videos, brochures, podcast editing, etc.).</li>
<li>Be the face of short and long form video content for the company by recording and staring in both trending and educational video content.</li>
<li>Create brand content pieces per month using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Kapwing, and more.</li>
<li>Assist with brand development tasks such as logo design, brand kit creation, brochure design, and more.</li>
<li>Track the performance of brand awareness efforts and adjust strategies based on results.</li>

4. Client Communication and Support

<li>Maintain regular communication with clients via email, Google Meet, and phone calls (inbound and outbound).</li>
<li>Provide best practice guidance and assist with onboarding/offboarding for content clients.</li>
<li>Create and send monthly reports with insights and recommendations by the first Friday of each month.</li>

Qualifications:

The Floating Leasing Specialist role travels to various properties in the Avanti portfolio. They will manage and lead in-person tours for prospective residents and sell the units to encourage application submittal. They will work on improving occupancy and preventing stale units through marketing and analyzing the local market. Major Roles &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Dynamic role with responsibilities that are centered around supporting the sales team’s growth
</li>
<li>
Lead and facilitate all lead routing and CRM integrations/automation projects
</li>
<li>
Onboarding new accounts &amp; working w/marketing to launch new sales funnels
</li>
<li>
Help our accounts implement &amp; facilitate our marketing playbooks &amp; templates
</li>
<li>
Lead new sales engine initiatives to increase lead flow and revenue
</li>
<li>
Communicate with our media buyers on lead flow initiatives &amp; call capacity
</li>
<li>
Developing marketing angles and core messaging for funnels, webinars, &amp; virtual sales events
</li>
<li>
Oversee the successful launches of new lead flow initiatives and funnels
</li>
<li>
Work directly with sales managers &amp; sales integrators on sales reporting
</li>
<li>
Attend weekly status calls with our accounts &amp; sales managers
</li>
<li>
Consistently conduct lead quality analysis &amp; using measurable insights to improve lead quality ratios
</li>
<li>
Consistently identify bottlenecks in our marketing funnels and sales processes &amp; come up with actionable plans to improve stage metrics
</li>
<li>
Establishing &amp; maintaining sales &amp; marketing feedback loops to create throughline messaging in our marketing funnels and sales processes
</li>
<li>
Continue to build out our lead flow playbooks &amp; templates to create efficiencies in these processes
</li>
<li>
Work with the director of sales operations and CEO to meet lead flow &amp; revenue forecasts
</li>
<li>
Directly KPI’d on increasing lead flow &amp; growing revenue from existing accounts
</li>
</ul>
Compensation Range: $60K - $75K
