The government requires Advisory and Assistance Support (A&amp;AS) to assist the Government in creating, maintaining, and enhancing the ability to produce accurate and timely current and long-term all-source intelligence to satisfy Indications and Warning (I&amp;W), Situational Awareness (SA), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE), and Target Systems Analysis (TSA) requirements levied by the USSTRATCOM planning and operations communities. Job Requirements/Required Skills: 
Security Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with SCI, NC2/ESI, SAP and STO eligibility. May be required to pass a Counter Intelligence (CI) Polygraph 
Contractor personnel shall have at least five years’ experience as an all-source analyst authoring or editing intelligence products focused on Order of Battle (OOB), disposition, capabilities, and/or doctrine for strategic forces, and/or regional analysis of peer and near-peer adversaries. I. SUMMARY STATEMENT
The Digital Photo Editor will manage the daily workflow of pictures coming in from multiple clients (via email, FTP and cloud based storage). The photo editor will be responsible for basic and advanced photo editing, and uploading and classifying photos to an in-house server. The photo editor is responsible for reviewing the quality and content of all photographs submitted by photographers and ensuring that all photos are of the highest quality possible and adhere to all CS3 Photography guidelines. Editor will need to be proficient in Adobe Photoshop.

III. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Photo Management Download photos from various intake sources (email, FTP, cloud storage). Conduct basic and advanced photo editing in Photoshop, such as cropping, basic retouching, exposure, color adjustments and compositing (changing of skies, merging exposures, etc.) Ensures that photos are kept in good order and organized accordingly.
-Maintains standards of quality and service levels and ensures regular proactive status communication with requester.
-Quality Assurance Review and selects best photos per CS3 Photography's photo guidelines. Follows quality assurance standards across multiple brands.
IV. EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
-YOU WILL BE TESTED IN PHOTOSHOP AS PART OF THE INTERVIEW PROCESS TO ENSURE PROFICIENCY
-PHOTOSHOP IS THE PRIMARY PROGRAM USED AT CS3.
-Skills: Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop Raw Editor including retouching and photo enhancement, exposure and color adjustments (white balance). Compositing and HDR blending/merging also needed. (Photography experience a plus)
-Needs to be able to do more than just move sliders and use presets when manipulating images.
-Proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word

-Ability to follow strict QA guidelines and be able to identify problems
-Solid organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills

Seeking a self-motivated editor who can push projects over the finish line with a high-level of competency. Experienced editor with an eye toward story, graphics and branding, and a desire to work with our award-winning creative Catholic film team. 
Studios is the full-feature film production house of the Augustine Institute, a Catholic organization. A strong understanding of Catholicism is a must; a faithful Catholic identity is a plus. You will work under the daily direction of the creative and logistic leads of each project. As with any non-profit organization, multiple hats will be worn that extend to the wider world of filmmaking. 
This full-time position will work out of the Augustine Institute home office in Florissant, MO, and includes full benefits, and the availability of daily Mass in our chapel. 
Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Tell stories through assembling initial cuts for projects across all our major initiatives, making the necessary creative decisions to craft Rough Cuts, and collaborating with the team on bringing projects to Final Cut</li>
<li>Bring life to our content with dynamic sound design, music, and dialogue editing/mixing</li>
<li>Add graphics with Adobe After Effects when the project requires it</li>
<li>Ensure that projects meet technical delivery standards</li>
<li>Catalog dailies, synchronizing audio, laying out assembly cuts </li>
<li>Execute on assembly, rough, and fine cuts for our many shows and programs </li>
<li>Finalize, master, review our original content </li>
<li>DVD authoring and digital content delivery </li>
<li>Conceptualize and cut engaging promotional videos</li>
<li>Must be able to work well in teams and be comfortable effectively articulating creative vision</li>
<li>Maintain best practices with our Post Production workflow and file management systems </li>

Required Skills

<li>Can collaborate and communicate well on creative edits of our original content </li>
<li>Ability to find the story in massive quantities of raw interview footage </li>
