What You'll Do:

<li>Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.</li>
\n
<li>Provide outstanding customer support by answering inquiries related to their accounts.</li>
\n
<li>Identify client needs and recommend solutions when fraud has been identified using comprehensive training, customer records, and our knowledge management systems.</li>
\n
<li>Analyze potential fraud and suspicious activity by monitoring card alerts and fraud prevention reports.</li>
\n
<li>Process disputes and fraud claims in line with client policies and guidelines.</li>
\n
<li>Escalate issues to the appropriate channels when a risk review, exception handling, or further analysis is needed.</li>
\n
<li>Log cases in the database, documenting actions taken and conversations with customers for accuracy.</li>
\n
<li>Maintain confidentiality by ensuring information is shared only with authorized individuals in compliance with legal requirements.</li>
\n
<li>Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.</li>
\n
<li>Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service.</li>

Requirements:

Fraud Call Center Representative

Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Patient Call Center Representative to join our team! As a Call Center Representative, you will be answering all incoming calls, answering questions, and directing calls to the appropriate persons and places. You will also be verifying information over the phone, updating documentation as needed, and keeping notes on important calls. The ideal candidate is able to maintain a positive, helpful attitude even while answering multiple calls, has excellent customer service skills, and is comfortable on the phone. Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally</li>
<li>Triage calls to the appropriate staff or provider ( Nurse line, Scheduling, Billing, etc)</li>
<li>Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments per practice guidelines</li>
<li>Assist patients with prescription refill requests and form completion</li>
<li>Document call details and outcomes in the EHR system</li>
<li>Support forint desk and clinical staff with overflow communication needs</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with patients/families in both English and Spanish (if bilingual)</li>
<li>Juggle multiple callers and phone lines while maintaining a positive attitude</li>
<li>Keep notes on important callers and information</li>
<li>Take messages, as needed</li>
</ul>
