What You'll Do: Post-Production:
<ul>
<li>Ingest, organize, and back up media to NAS with clean folder structures and versioning.</li>
<li>Log/tag footage with usable metadata (episode, segment, talent, take quality) for fast search.</li>
<li>Prep editor handoffs (stringouts, selects, transcript exports, music cue sheets).</li>
<li>Track edit timelines, manage feedback loops, and keep stakeholders unblocked.</li>
<li>Support final delivery: ensure exports, captions, and assets are complete and on spec.</li>
</ul>
What You'll add to the Team:
<ul>
<li>Operational Excellence: You turn chaos into checklists. Budgets, schedules, and spreadsheets are your comfort zone.</li>
<li>Creative Allyship: You speak “director/editor” and know production exists to unlock better creative.</li>
<li>Scalability: You design repeatable processes so episode 20 is easier than episode 2.</li>
<li>Vendor Relations: Keep great relationships with studios, rental houses, and freelancers to secure rates and hold dates.</li>
<li>Compliance &amp; Safety: Insurance, permits, contracts, and safety are always buttoned up.</li>

What We're Looking For:

<li>3–5+ years producing for YouTube or digital publisher channels (brand or creator-led). Not agency reel; not long-form TV/film.</li>
<li>Proven experience running lean, recurring shoots in an office/studio environment.</li>
<li>Tool comfort: Google Workspace, production calendars (Notion), Frame.io (or similar), and basic Final Cut Pro familiarity for packaging.</li>
<li>Strong set etiquette, clear comms, and the ability to anticipate problems before they surface.</li>

Overview: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Producer &amp; Editor to join our team. This role is responsible for filming live and on-location episodes, editing short-form and long-form video content, and managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate has hands-on production experience, strong editing skills, and a passion for creating engaging content that performs well across platforms.
Responsibilities:

<li>Filming episodes of our live streaming show (both in-studio and on the go)</li>
<li>Capture high-quality video and audio using professional camera and sound equipment</li>
<li>Edit full episodes and create short-form clips optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)</li>
<li>Manage, maintain, and set up production equipment for both stationary and mobile shoots</li>
<li>Collaborate with the team to plan and execute filming schedules and creative direction</li>
<li>Oversee social media posting schedules and engagement</li>
<li>Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual style</li>
<li>Troubleshoot basic tech issues related to filming, audio, and streaming setups</li>

Requirements:

<li>Proven experience in filming, editing, and producing digital video content</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)</li>
