 What You’ll Do:

<li> Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites </li>
<li> Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education </li>
<li> Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams </li>
<li> Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service </li>
<li> Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise </li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.</li>
<li>Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents during patrols to the appropriate personnel.</li>
<li>Assist visitors and employees with security-related inquiries and provide guidance as needed.</li>
<li>Document all activities, observations, and incidents according to site procedures.</li>
<li>Collaborate with local authorities and/or emergency personnel when required.</li>
</ul>

Minimum Requirements:

<li>Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
