Summary of Position Responsibility 
Provides exemplary customer service to internal and external visitors to the Lake Forest Place (LFP) campus. Ensures timely communication for all inquiries to the Concierge station including in person as well as phone, e-mail or other approved means. Responsible for documentation of all assigned responsibilities described below.

<li>Provides general information and guidance to visitors related to events, venues and directions to approved areas.</li>

<li>Is aware of the Presbyterian Homes Corporate Compliance policies including those having to do with confidentiality and security of information, and concern for the well-being of residents and patients. Demonstrates behaviors and completes work in a manner consistent with those policies.</li>

<li>Collates brochures for the marketing department.</li>
<li>Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff.</li>
<li>Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.</li>
<li>Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.</li>
<li>Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.</li>
<li>Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.</li>
<li>Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits.</li>
<li>Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.</li>
<li>One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Previous concierge experience required.</li>
<li>You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.</li>
<li>You have highly proficient computer skills. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is required.</li>
<li>You are compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful.</li>
<li>You have the ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li>
<li>You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.</li>
