Sales Development:

<li>Manage and develop assigned sales territory and accounts.</li>
<li>Implement strategies and initiatives to maximize growth.</li>
<li>Achieve territory revenue, channel, and destination goals. </li>
</ul>
Territory Management: 
<ul>
<li>Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Develop and grow new opportunities within the luxury consortia segment.</li>
<li>Obtain more than our fair share of business from the shared accounts with our competitors. </li>
</ul>
Strategic Planning:
<ul>
<li>Maintain an annual sales plan for the assigned territory, accounts, and business channels.</li>
<li>Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of the curve.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of competitor activities to identify potential opportunities. </li>
</ul>
Customer Engagement:
<ul>
<li>The DOS Luxury is a highly individualized role requiring the ability to work independently and strategically. </li>
<li>Direct customer engagement is critical; develop sales call patterns and agency/advisor engagement strategies that allow for maximum territory penetration.</li>
<li>Work with field sales/BDMs to effect on-the-ground strategies with targeted accounts.</li>
</ul>
Client Servicing:
<ul>
<li>Understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.</li>
<li>Work with internal departments to ensure timely engagement.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively to create a win-win situation for the client and CV.</li>
</ul>
Reporting:
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update account profiles, ensuring accurate database management.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates on sales activities and account development.</li>
<li>Ensure detailed information is provided that is relevant to new business opportunities.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proven Track Record: Demonstrated expertise in luxury sales within the travel industry, with a strong network of contacts and a history of exceeding sales targets.</li>
<li>Territory Management: Experience managing complex and diverse territories and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.</li>
<li>Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop trust and rapport with customers.</li>
<li>Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Communications preferred or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>Self-motivated and collaborative but works well independently, energetic, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools (Tableau preferred).</li>
</ul>
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities
Terms of Employment:
<ul>
<li>Hours: Full–Time Employment. 40+ hours per week</li>
<li>Pay rate: Annual Salary, Depending on Experience + Annual Bonus, Depending on Company and Individual Performance.</li>
<li>Office: Work is virtual</li>
