 - Supervisory Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within the construction industry. 
 - Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. 
 - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
 - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. 
 - Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices. OSHA Training provided.
 - Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 
 - Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic computer skills.
