We are looking for a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
In this role you will need to hold an expert understanding of chemistry- a completed or in progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.

YOUR DAY
As a Swim Teacher, you help transform people into skilled swimmers. Working with infants, parents, toddlers, and children of all ages and skill levels, you lead effective swimming classes that help students feel comfortable in the water and gain the necessary skills to stay safe. You create custom plans that follow our program standards and closely adhere to all safety protocols while in the pool.
With an encouraging attitude, you track student progress, offer constructive criticism, and set achievable goals. You inspire students to grow and surpass their limits as well as attend special events to foster a sense of community and closeness. As needed, you help out with other tasks around our swim school to contribute to successful pool days!
 
YOUR HOURS
This part-time teaching position is in the water for about 4 - 6 hours per shift, 4 - 5 shifts per week.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>18+ years old</li>
<li>CPR, AED, First Aid, and USSSA Fundamental Swim Instructor certifications (we're willing to help you get certified if needed!)</li>
<li>Ability to work afternoons and weekends and be in the water for up to 5 hours at a time</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to teach children</li>
<li>Positive attitude, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and take direction</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Ability to commit to 1+ years of employment and complete Aqua Duks training</li>
</ul>
