About The Role: 
Urban Sky is seeking a Director of Product: Stratospheric DoD Systems &amp; Remote Sensing to lead our Product team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our stratospheric balloon systems, payloads, software and data products. You will be a team of one (i.e., the only Product person at the Company). You will play a critical part in defining product roadmaps, aligning customer needs with technical capabilities, and driving innovation to expand our impact in aerospace and earth observation. Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and business teams, you will ensure our products deliver exceptional value to commercial and government customers, including the DoD and NASA. 
 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Urban Sky's stratospheric balloon systems, payloads, software and data products, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.

 Qualifications:

Purpose of Position: 
Community Care is a Division of the health system that delivers home- and community-based services to patients referred from across the health system’s entire care continuum, a subsidiary health plan (MetroPlus Health), and a subsidiary Accountable Care Organization. The administrator will lead the delivery of interdisciplinary home- and community-based services including home health services under the auspices of the Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA). The incumbent will lead the organization and direction of the ongoing functions of the CHHA's parent and branch locations, and will assume full-time administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for day-to-day operations and financial viability of the CHHA. The incumbent will also lead nursing related functions across Community Care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
1.Implements directives of the Chief Executive Officer or designee, reviews and evaluates existing programs, participates in the development and maintenance of programs, and makes recommendations for improvement, modification and provision of general administrative and support services. 
2.Audits existing programs and health care setting operations and applies approved criteria for evaluating programs and operational activities. 
3.Participates in the preparation of expense and capital budgets covering all categories for short and long-range planning and operations.

<li>Provide ongoing coaching to managers and their employees on documented performance management concerns.</li>
<li>Conduct formal investigations, personally handle or guide resolution on a variety of complex ER matters.</li>

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

<li>7 - 10 years' experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified</li>
