<li>Use every available contact method to provide the referral to the member</li>
<li>Follow up within one (1) day to confirm that the member received the referral information and was able to reach the attorney unless a success warm transfer call was completed during referral</li>
<li>Follow up with the members until it can be confirmed that the member has had a consultation using the Follow-up Guidelines when you are unable to reach the member</li>
<li>Ensure that the member was satisfied with the consultation and determine whether the member will use the Providers services, would prefer another Provider, or has received all necessary services</li>
<li>Continue following up with the member until the Providers are completed to ensure satisfaction, at each and every touch point, proactively and after</li>
<li>Report all issues, concerns, complaints and potential problems with Members or Providers using the Escalations Procedures</li>
<li>Respond to all phone messages and emails within two (2) business hours</li>
<li>Report daily activity, using the standard Daily Report format</li>

POSITION SUMMARY We are establishing the Modeling COE to centralize and standardize the development, validation, governance, and deployment of critical financial models. &nbsp;The Modeling COE is a new function that is being created to accelerate and enhance the significant modeling needs across Corporate Finance that can also be leveraged by Investment Management and Enterprise Risk Management. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor's Degree or higher •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA); CFA is a plus •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Minimum of 15 years of actuarial experience in financial modeling, pricing, valuation, financial planning, CFT/ALM, asset modeling, and/or in financial risk management •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong knowledge of US life insurance, annuity, and health products and the underlying economics and risk features •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Working knowledge and analysis of financial statements (Income Statements, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Analysis) under different accounting frameworks •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Expertise in actuarial &amp; financial modeling methodologies and techniques; Experience with actuarial projections software (Moody's AXIS, Prophet, etc.); Knowledge of planning systems (Anaplan) is a plus •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in presenting to senior management; Able to convey complex materials to senior executives •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across cross-functional groups •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Demonstrable experience with creative problem-solving and thought leadership •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deliverables •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future &nbsp;

The Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>BA or BS with a quantitative focus (e.g., Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance, Economics or related major)</li>
<li>Must have passed at least 4 or more actuarial exams</li>
<li>Must have at least 3 years of professional experience in an actuarial related position</li>
</ul>
The Ideal Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Commitment to pursue Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership skills from either school or work</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using actuarial modeling platforms</li>
<li>Experience in annuities, especially variable annuity and/or index-linked annuity, is a plus</li>
<li>Experience in Prophet is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects</li>
<li>Strong technical skills using Excel, VBA</li>
<li>Cross collaboration experience working across multiple stakeholder groups</li>
