Reporting to IRAP’s Executive Vice President, External Relationsand Chief of Staff, the Vice President (VP), Development will be anintegral member of the IRAP team, and involved in theorganization’s overall strategic development. PHI’s Senior Workforce Intervention Specialist works to improve job quality for direct care workers by contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of PHI’s practice-based employment and training models. As a part of PHI’s Workforce Innovations Team (WIT), they will specialize in leading engagements related to operationalizing and evaluating meaningful advancement opportunities that expand the direct care career ladder; additionally, they may support programs aimed at strengthening recruitment and retention practices, creating a coaching culture, developing adult-learner centered training, and assessing direct care job quality. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Lead the implementation of PHI practice-based job quality interventions, including creating and maintaining work plans and timelines, managing partner relationships, executing project activities, and reporting progress to PHI’s Vice President of Workforce Innovations through verbal and written communication.</li>

Your Experience:
<ul>
<li>
Minimum BS/BA in business administration or related field
</li>
<li>
Experience working for a globally distributed company with a large population in the United States
</li>
<li>
Total HR experience of 8-12 years with at least 5 years in an HR management role and a couple years in a global capacity
</li>
<li>
Proven HR systems experience
</li>
<li>
Deep understanding of US employment compliance, with the ability to navigate and adapt to diverse non-US employment standards; comfortable managing global employment considerations at a high level
</li>
<li>
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
</li>
<li>
Self-starter, highly organized, proactive, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects
</li>
<li>
Exceptional leadership skills and effective cross-functional communicator
</li>
</ul>
